Performing recruitment generalist activities
Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list call suitable candidates for discussion
Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
Employee management, appraisals manpower planning
Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be MBA in HR
Atleast 2+ years experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.
